In this vital role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships in the Aerospace & Defense sectors. Your strategic approach will focus on meeting and exceeding our partner's ambitious growth targets by fostering connections with key industry stakeholders while leveraging your technical knowledge and sales expertise. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical sales experience.
  • 8-10 years in technical sales or business development of complex components.
  • 5+ years of experience selling high-value solutions in Aerospace/Defense.
  • Technical sales experience with major contractors.
  • Ability to engage with customers at all organizational levels.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new accounts and expand existing relationships for the embedded product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to create targeted strategies for business capture.
  • Identify new military and aerospace business opportunities with Sales peers and Product Management.
  • Cultivate relationships with strategic customers for sustained sales success.
  • Communicate product benefits compellingly to prospective customers.
  • Work with internal teams to align product development with customer needs.
  • Support customers through qualification and solution generation stages.
  • Participate in industry events and showcase company products.
  • Capture customer requirements to support business growth.
  • Drive new Design Wins in specific market segments.
  • Provide guidance to Inside Sales Representatives and partners.
  • Maintain a CRM to help inform executive decision-making.
