About The Position

In this role, you will develop and execute a strategic quality vision across multiple production facilities. Your expertise will ensure the consistent implementation of quality systems and compliance with industry standards. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at operational excellence and customer satisfaction, while also mentoring quality managers within the team. This position will have a significant impact on product conformance and overall service delivery, fostering a culture of quality ownership and accountability across locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field.
• 5 years of progressive quality leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 or other quality standards.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Analytical problem-solving capabilities.

Nice To Haves

• Multi-site management experience is preferred.
• Experience in Wire and Cable industry is a plus.
• Certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt or ASQ are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a unified quality strategy across all production sites.
• Align quality goals with corporate objectives and customer expectations.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
• Oversee ISO 9001 compliance and quality system deployment.
• Conduct internal and external audits ensuring resolution of findings.
• Monitor quality KPIs and drive corrective actions.
• Champion Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop plant quality teams while fostering collaboration.
