About The Position

In this role, you will be pivotal in supporting the development and delivery of a strategic roadmap for a portfolio of products. Your contributions will directly impact capital markets, product and pricing, loan delivery, servicing, and financial operations. By fostering trusted relationships with business leaders, you'll help define the product vision and strategy, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and relevant. Requirements

  • 5+ years of project experience in strategy development or management consulting.
  • 5+ years of experience in residential mortgage banking; product and pricing experience is a plus.
  • Experience in an Agile development environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and achieving business value.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry innovations and trends.
  • Support the entire product lifecycle, with emphasis on discovery and analysis of new product ideas.
  • Communicate and promote the product vision and progress to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders for effective product development.
  • Oversee benefits realization and report on product success.
  • Support product manager in defining long-term goals and strategy.
  • Contribute to the development of the business and technology product roadmap.

  • Salary range: $125,000 to $145,000 annually based on experience.
