Requirements

Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California (required)
Must reside in California
Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during PST hours
Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels

Nice To Haves

Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) preferred
Telehealth experience preferred

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide virtual outpatient therapy to patients (primarily adults 18+, with some all-ages care)
Treat a range of diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, psychosis, and schizophrenia
Collaborate closely with psychiatry, case management, peer support, crisis services, and other wraparound resources
