About The Position
This role is designed for a licensed Mental Health Therapist providing assessment-driven therapy in a telehealth setting. You will apply clinical expertise to guide treatment planning, support client progress, and ensure high clinical standards across care delivery.
Requirements
- Active California LMFT, LCSW, LPCC license
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Minimum 2 years of licensed clinical experience
- Strong diagnostic and analytical skills
Nice To Haves
- Telehealth experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual therapy and psychological services
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and clinical assessments
- Develop evidence-based treatment plans
- Maintain detailed and compliant clinical records
- Consult with interdisciplinary clinical teams
- Ensure ethical and regulatory adherence in all services
