About The Position

Outbound Sales Agents work in an automated phone system that makes telephone
calls to potential customers who respond to various ADT marketing and partner
campaigns. Agents engage with these potential customers, verify each contact
meets specified criteria, and transfer the qualified customer to an Inbound
Sales Specialist.

Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas,
Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana,
Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma,
South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, or
Wyoming.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Sales experience preferred
• Over-the-phone call center experience preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• Must complete and pass a pre-employment drug/background check
• Excellent communication skills
• Independent worker with experience in a commission-based environment
• Self-starter and motivated by personal goal achievement
• Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities
• Strong listening skills used to conduct needs analysis
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong use of business vocabulary
• Strict adherence to team agendas, policies, and guidelines
