About The Position

Join our mission to revolutionize access to mental healthcare for students nationwide through innovative, school-based solutions. We currently partner with over 60 school districts, reaching more than one million students across the U.S. We are seeking licensed mental health clinicians to provide teletherapy services to students throughout California. As a Remote Mental Health Therapist, you will deliver high-quality care while collaborating with schools, caregivers, and community partners to ensure student success.

Requirements

Licensed Professional with LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT credentials in the State of California
Experience working with youth and families in clinical or school settings
Strong telehealth skills and reliable high-speed internet connection
Commitment to culturally responsive care and equity
Availability for at least 5 hours weekly during peak hours (3-8 PM M-F)

Responsibilities

Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to students ages 11–24 with mild-to-moderate mental health conditions
Build trusted relationships with students and families
Collaborate with school counselors and other providers
Provide psychoeducation to parents/caregivers
Contribute to the development of clinical programs

Benefits

Competitive Compensation: $70–$90 per session, with guaranteed pay for no-shows and late cancellations. Your rate is based on caseload size, language skills, and licenses held in other states where we operate.
Flexible Schedule: Set your hours Monday–Friday (3-8 PM) with optional weekends (9am-5pm)
