We're seeking compassionate, licensed mental health clinicians to provide teletherapy to students ages 11-24 throughout California. In this role, you'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while working alongside schools, families, and community partners to help students thrive. Requirements

Licensed Professional with LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP credentials in the State of California
Passion for youth mental health: Demonstrated commitment to providing culturally responsive, equitable care that honors diverse backgrounds and experiences
Experience working with teens and youth ages 11-24 in clinical or school settings
Comfortable with telehealth: Experience providing telehealth services

Responsibilities

Foster strong, supportive relationships with students to create a safe therapeutic environment
Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to students ages 11–24 experiencing mild-to-moderate mental health conditions
Provide psychoeducation to parents/caregivers

Manageable Caseload: Minimum of 25 weekly time slots with at least 17 completed sessions per week (averaged monthly) to retain base salary and benefits
Admin Support: We handle billing, credentialing, and scheduling—so you can focus on care
