Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable internet connection

Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with credit union members through Zoom
- Assess client needs and explain available benefit options in a clear and approachable way
- Guide individuals and families through the enrollment process with professionalism
- Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Provide responsive follow-up communication and ongoing client support
- Participate in team training sessions, mentorship programs, and professional development opportunities
