Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with credit union members through Zoom
  • Assess client needs and explain available benefit options in a clear and approachable way
  • Guide individuals and families through the enrollment process with professionalism
  • Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Provide responsive follow-up communication and ongoing client support
  • Participate in team training sessions, mentorship programs, and professional development opportunities
