Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with credit union members via Zoom
Assess individual needs and clearly explain available benefit options
Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and accuracy
Maintain organized digital documentation while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Participate in ongoing team training, mentorship programs, and professional development
