Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of direct marketing analytics experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field.
  • Strong skills in HubSpot reporting and dashboards.
  • Proficient in Power BI for dashboard building and data modeling.
  • Experience with SQL for data validation and querying.
  • Understanding of campaign tracking best practices and data governance.

Responsibilities

  • Own monthly and quarterly marketing performance reporting for leadership and regional teams.
  • Deliver consistent KPI reporting across global regions and key segments.
  • Analyze and report on campaign, channel, and funnel performance.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data quality issues across key platforms.
  • Build and maintain self-serve dashboards and repeatable reporting.
  • Produce actionable insights connecting platform data to funnel performance.
