Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in compensation administration with a focus on operational roles.
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in a remote structure preferred.
  • Proven experience managing incentive payment processes from start to finish.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday and incentive compensation management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex compensation data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and commitment to compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 analysts in the Field Compensation department.
  • Establish and enforce governance frameworks for field pay plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create guides and training materials for self-service support.
  • Oversee audit cycles and ensure accurate incentive calculations and timely payments.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex compensation inquiries.
  • Identify and implement operational process improvements and automation efforts.
  • Act as compensation lead on cross-functional projects related to pay plan transitions.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify pay inconsistencies and provide recommendations.
