Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Development Hire, train, and support a high-performing sales team.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, motivation, and performance feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative and success-driven team culture.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution Implement sales strategies to help your team exceed targets.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead from the front—engage with clients and close sales.
  • Client Experience & Relationship Management Ensure the team delivers top-tier service and client satisfaction.
  • Guide sales representatives through complex client interactions.
  • Drive repeat business by maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Training & Growth Conduct regular training on sales techniques and industry best practices.
  • Keep the team informed about product updates, regulations, and policies.
  • Identify skill gaps and provide targeted coaching to elevate performance.
