About The Position

We’re seeking a seasoned Recruiter based in LATAM to join our growing team. In this full-time remote role, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer stage—for a variety of roles across industries. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and talent teams to help deliver best-in-class recruitment support.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English & Spanish (spoken and written)
  • 3–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably supporting U.S. clients
  • Deep understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple open roles
  • Available to work full-time during Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and departments
  • Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for U.S.-based clients
  • Schedule and conduct interviews
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives in recruitment
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every step
