About The Position

That 1 Detailer is rapidly scaling nationwide, and we’re building a high-performance inside sales team to convert warm inbound leads for our automotive ceramic coating services. We’re looking for individuals who are both automotive-savvy and sales-minded—true “car people” who enjoy talking shop and connecting with other enthusiasts, while also bringing strong sales instincts to the table. The ideal candidate has hands-on automotive experience or time spent around vehicles in a professional setting, with the ability to communicate naturally and confidently with car owners in a relatable, conversational way. This role requires more than just enthusiasm for cars—you should be comfortable guiding conversations, identifying customer needs, handling objections, and clearly communicating value. If you appreciate cars, understand the value of protecting them, and are excited to transition into a remote, performance-driven sales role, this could be a great fit. We’ll provide full training on our systems and processes—what matters most is your ability to bring together genuine automotive knowledge with the discipline and mindset of a strong sales professional.

Requirements

  • Automotive or detailing industry experience
  • Home office set up
  • Strong sales fundamentals: discovery, objection handling, tonality, and emotional intelligence
  • Fast, disciplined, highly organized- you follow systems and respond quickly
  • Team-first mindset- collaborative, coachable, and competitive in a healthy way
  • High personal accountability- you can operate without micromanagement

Responsibilities

  • Close Warm Inbound Leads
  • Handle 10+ warm inbound leads daily- all customers have recently requested a quote directly from our company
  • Respond within 5 minutes (speed-to-lead = your income)
  • Use a consultative, value-driven approach to educate customers, share pricing, and book appointments
  • Own your pipeline inside GoHighLevel- tasks, notes, follow-ups, and deal management
  • Close deals consistently using rapport, discovery, and emotional connection
  • Adopt a mindset of continuous improvement, taking charge of your own success, and staying up to date with best practices
  • Pipeline & Follow-Up Management
  • Execute structured, multi-touch follow-ups to convert undecided leads
  • Maintain clean, organized CRM hygiene
  • Stay highly active: calls, texts, emails- whatever gets the close
  • Keep your pipeline moving daily with urgency and discipline
