Requirements

Minimum 12 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
At least 5 years of experience in managing teams.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
Experience in managing strategic sourcing initiatives and building supplier relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow a team of strategic sourcing managers, focusing on coaching and performance development.
Define and advocate for a clear sourcing vision in Tech and Workplace categories, integrating with business needs.
Deliver annual strategies for various technology-related procurement categories.
Develop workflows and strategies to increase preferred supplier usage and improve procurement efficiency.
Lead negotiations for high-impact contracts, emphasizing sustainability and ethical supplier relationships.
Build trusted partnerships with senior leaders and proactively engage stakeholders throughout the procurement process.
Ensure compliance and sustainability in supplier onboarding and contracting processes.
Monitor team performance metrics and provide insights for strategic improvements.
