About The Position

We are seeking a seasoned procurement leader to oversee and optimize sourcing for technology and workplace functions. In this role, you will lead a high-performing team, develop strategic sourcing plans, and partner with key stakeholders across product, engineering, and workplace operations. You will drive value creation through supplier management, contract negotiations, and cost optimization while ensuring compliance and sustainability standards are met. Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
  • 5+ years of people management experience, including leading high-performing teams.
  • Proven experience managing strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier relationships.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, best practices, and supplier lifecycle management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of strategic sourcing managers, including hiring, coaching, goal-setting, and performance management.
  • Define and communicate a clear sourcing vision for technology and workplace categories, translating it into actionable roadmaps and programs.
  • Develop and execute category strategies for Core Tech, Infra, Product, Partnerships, Workplace, and Corporate Security, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Drive value creation through supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management, promoting ethical and sustainable supplier relationships.
  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders, conducting quarterly business reviews, providing procurement insights, and supporting decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and third-party risk management standards.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and OKRs, including cost savings, spend under management, supplier performance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
