About The Position

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the strategic planning and execution of clinical operations across the Americas. You will lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive high-quality clinical trials and foster an environment of teamwork and innovation. Your expertise will help shape clinical strategies and improve operational efficiency, ultimately contributing to the fight against cancer. By managing large-scale initiatives and mentoring teams, you will inspire others to achieve excellence in clinical operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in life sciences (medicine, nursing, biology preferred).
  • 14+ years of experience in clinical or drug development in biotech/pharmaceutical/CRO industries.
  • Minimum of ten years in project management and/or clinical operations.
  • Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP Guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to inspire and lead teams effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of Clinical Development & GCO strategies.
  • Plan and execute clinical operations deliverables in the Americas.
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and standards.
  • Lead cross-functional projects impacting global business.
  • Guide clinical trial designs and execution for specific disease areas.
  • Establish reputation for successful trial deliveries in partnership with CROs.
  • Develop and mentor Clinical Operations Managers and Compliance staff.
  • Drive innovations to enhance the delivery of clinical trials.
