About The Position

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the strategic planning and execution of clinical operations across the Americas. Requirements
- Bachelor's or higher degree in life sciences (medicine, nursing, biology preferred).
- 14+ years of experience in clinical or drug development in biotech/pharmaceutical/CRO industries.
- Minimum of ten years in project management and/or clinical operations.
- Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP Guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to inspire and lead teams effectively.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of Clinical Development & GCO strategies.
- Plan and execute clinical operations deliverables in the Americas.
- Develop and implement organizational policies and standards.
- Lead cross-functional projects impacting global business.
- Guide clinical trial designs and execution for specific disease areas.
- Establish reputation for successful trial deliveries in partnership with CROs.
- Develop and mentor Clinical Operations Managers and Compliance staff.
- Drive innovations to enhance the delivery of clinical trials.
