About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Global Compliance Program Manager. In this role, you will drive execution and coordination of global compliance initiatives, contributing to operational excellence and program-level delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that regulatory and content initiatives are executed efficiently and predictably. This is a hands-on role that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will manage compliance metrics and seek opportunities for continuous improvement, making a significant impact on supply chain risk management and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Operations, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in Program Management within a SaaS or regulated environment
  • Strong experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving diverse teams
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream programs
  • Strong systems thinking and comfort operating with ambiguity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Advanced experience with planning tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Familiarity with KPI development and performance reporting tools
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with compliance or regulated content is preferred
  • PMP, Agile, Six Sigma, or similar certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own program-level planning, coordination, and execution of global compliance and regulatory content initiatives
  • Maintain the master GCCM roadmap, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery status across multiple workstreams
  • Partner with Global Compliance Project Managers and Regional Leads for consistent execution of initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across various teams including Product, Engineering, and Sales
  • Establish and maintain standardized program artifacts such as status reports and decision logs
  • Drive operational cadence through regular stakeholder updates and forums
  • Track and report on program-level KPIs, including throughput and SLA adherence
  • Support governance by surfacing risks and blockers to leadership
  • Enable compliance automation initiatives by coordinating inputs across teams
  • Support UAT, release readiness, and rollout coordination for compliance initiatives
  • Document and improve program management processes through knowledge sharing
  • Champion initiatives that advocate for supply chain safety and sustainability compliance
