Requirements

  • 10+ years of people management experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of management experience in operations, development, strategic planning, etc.
  • 5+ years of senior leadership experience in comparable organizations.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with clear communication abilities.
  • Proven leadership skills and conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Experience in cultivating partnerships and building effective teams.
  • Proven track record in revenue building and business growth.
  • Experience in hiring and developing talent.
  • Passion for inspiring others and effective verbal and written communication.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the organization and its vision by communicating a common purpose and driving growth.
  • Build and manage a leadership team overseeing core business functions (Sales & Marketing, Customer Care, Operations, etc.).
  • Establish and execute sales & marketing strategies and growth initiatives.
  • Drive sales to increase customer acquisition and expand sales in multiple regions.
  • Define product strategy and ensure clear product roadmaps are established.
  • Balance investment in R&D with customer retention efforts.
  • Track product management prioritization of R&D tasks.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet financial performance goals.
  • Own revenue results and communicate forecasts with the leadership team.
  • Manage talent and ensure professional growth across the staff.
  • Represent the organization at conferences and industry events.
  • Manage client relationships and partnerships with stakeholders.
