About The Position

In this role, you will have the primary responsibility for managing Revenue, Billings, and Collections forecasts while collaborating closely with the People Experience team to provide financial support for the Corporate Bonus program. Your work will be crucial in ensuring accurate financial modeling and reporting, contributing to the overall success and strategic planning of the organization. Additionally, you will play a key role in managing cross-functional projects and standardizing processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
  • 7+ years of FP&A, Accounting, Consulting, or related experience.
  • FP&A experience in the software or technology industry.
  • Excellent financial modeling and advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.
  • Strong process improvement and project management abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize competing short-term and long-term initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, collaborative, and self-aware.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare the annual plan and updated forecasts for Revenue, Billings, and Collections.
  • Provide financial support to the People Experience team for the corporate bonus program.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Monitor performance against forecasts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis.
  • Assist in developing long-range financial plans aligned with business goals.
  • Drive standardization and automation of headcount requests and approvals.
  • Report on performance and forecasting accuracy to senior management.
  • Evaluate forecasting methodologies and develop scalable solutions.
