About The Position
We are seeking a highly organized and customer focused Remote Service Coordinator to support our dealerships Mobile Service and Pickup & Delivery operations. This role is responsible for scheduling appointments, performing outreach, confirming customer information, routing mobile service appointments efficiently and scheduling pickup/delivery of customer vehicles and coordinating drivers.

Responsibilities
- Perform outreach to obtain mobile service and pickup/delivery appointments
- Verify and update customer contact information
