Requirements

• 10-15 years experience in corporate/business development in the biotech/pharma industry.
• Proven track record in leading and closing late-stage and commercial stage transactions.
• Extensive knowledge of financial analysis and valuation methodologies.
• MBA or other advanced degree; scientific degree is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, highly driven and hands-on.
• Excellent communication skills for engagement with C-level executives.
• Inspirational leader with a collaborative approach to team alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute valuation deal models across all types of transactions.
• Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic partnerships and key transactions.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of strategic opportunities aligned with long-term objectives.

• Spearhead post-deal analysis and implementation of key learnings.
• Serve as a thought partner to the executive team in value creation efforts.
