As a Remote Service Engineer within the Service Center, you’ll help our team keep our customers up & running by supporting our team’s in-house instrument repair operations. Your Role: You’ll work alongside our Service Technician team to deliver the highest quality instrument repairs to our customers, including helping to rollout new service offerings and constantly improve services already available:

Requirements

Demonstrated expertise with Agilent HPLC modules and repair
4+ years of experience in a similar position or experience as an end user
Extensive experience with troubleshooting and problem solving
A Bachelors or master’s degree within the science field – e.g. chemistry, analytical chemistry biochemistry, biotechnology or similar
Proficiency with Microsoft suite including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Agilent LCMS systems preferred

Responsibilities

Demonstrate a Customer First mindset and model effective customer communication
Perform troubleshooting, repair, and testing of Agilent HPLC modules
Provide insight and best practices balancing cost effectiveness without sacrificing top quality repair
Monitor product line performance via metrics and make data-driven decisions
Work with other teams in the event of escalations
Update documentation including repair checklists, work instructions, or other supplemental documentation
