Requirements

  • No prior customer service or industry experience required (training provided)
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Comfortable using Zoom, email, and basic computer tools
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting
  • Coachable and motivated to grow professionally

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings
  • Provide professional customer support and respond to client inquiries
  • Present company-approved information, products, and services accurately
  • Assist clients with enrollment, updates, and general account needs
  • Schedule and conduct virtual consultations as needed
  • Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up documentation
