About The Position
At our call center, we’re seeking dedicated Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our fast -growing team. You'll be the voice of support for customers and donors, making every call feel personal and appreciated.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- Strong, clear communication skills
- Confidence using a computer (we’ll show you the ropes)
- Availability to work at least 15 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls with a calm, professional tone
- Assist donors and customers with empathy and care
- Accurately log customer details in our system
- Provide a supportive and positive experience every time
