About The Position

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Logistics Operations Coordinator to support daily shipment operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating with customers and carriers to ensure seamless transportation execution.

Requirements

High School Diploma required
Previous customer service experience in a call center and/or office environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Willingness and availability to work evenings and/or weekends

Nice To Haves

Strong communication, prioritization, and time‑management skills
Experience working in roles requiring high accuracy and data validation

Responsibilities

Manage end‑to-end shipment operations, including order creation, load building, scheduling, tracking, event entry, and invoicing in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards
Monitor task boards and emails to ensure timely completion of shipment activities
Document shipment events accurately and validate load data within internal systems
Identify and escalate shipment issues, discrepancies, or urgent requests as needed
Support customer and carrier inquiries, ensuring timely follow‑up and high levels of satisfaction
Ensure all load data meets company and customer accuracy standards
Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational success
