Responsibilities

  • Respond to customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings
  • Assist clients with benefit questions and policy updates
  • Guide customers through enrollment, claims, and coverage
  • Provide excellent customer service in every interaction
  • Maintain accurate records in our system
