About The Position
The Cruise Experience Coordinator supports clients by organizing and coordinating cruise vacation experiences from start to finish. In this role, you will assist clients by helping them review available cruise options, organize planning details, and ensure all arrangements are clearly documented and properly coordinated. Your focus will be on organization, accuracy, and clear communication while supporting clients throughout the planning process. You will work within established procedures to coordinate accommodations, scheduling considerations, experience options, and planning timelines so each cruise experience is structured and easy to follow. This position is centered on coordination and client support and is not sales driven.
