About The Position

Your work will focus on organization, precision, and clear communication while supporting clients throughout the planning process. You will work within established procedures to coordinate accommodations, experience options, scheduling considerations, and planning timelines so each cruise experience is polished and well organized. This position is centered on coordination and client support and is not sales driven. The role is fully remote and designed for individuals who are comfortable working independently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Comprehensive training is provided to ensure you understand systems, expectations, and planning processes before supporting clients.
