Requirements

4-7 years of experience practicing corporate transactional law.
Strong familiarity with mergers and acquisitions, including both asset and equity transactions.
Proven ability to draft transactional agreements with clarity and efficiency.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Licensure in Illinois or Colorado, or eligibility for comity or bar exam.

Responsibilities

Advise clients on complex M&A transactions from inception to closing.
Draft and negotiate service level agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and other transactional documents.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client representatives to manage transaction processes.
Conduct thorough legal analysis on corporate governance and compliance matters.
Maintain strong communication and interpersonal relationships with clients.
Guide clients in a full range of legal matters throughout their lifecycle.
