Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) required.
- 7 - 10 years of legal experience.
- Proven expertise in employment law advice and litigation management.
- Direct experience with West Coast employment law required.
- Active JD and bar admission in relevant jurisdiction(s).
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
- Process- and project-management orientation.
- Excellent communication and risk analysis capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business teams to deliver risk-focused, practical support.
- Provide training and guidance on California wage and hour issues and related employment laws.
- Manage and advise on EEOC claims and broader employment law issues.
- Collaborate with and oversee outside counsel to ensure seamless support.
- Align external legal resources with internal priorities, deadlines, and risk analysis.
