Requirements

Experience in reading electrical and control schematics and plans.
Hands-on experience with control system startup, configuration, and calibration.
Proficient in programming languages such as ladder logic and structured text.
Strong problem-solving skills for complex automation issues.
Experience with CAD/CAE Software (AutoCAD / EPLAN) and standard office software.

Responsibilities

Originates design documents for small projects and supports large programs, including narrative design documents and requirements analysis.
Leads programming and configuration efforts for complex automation and SCADA applications.
Authors testing and commissioning procedures, prepares test reports, and conducts factory and field testing.
Performs troubleshooting on service calls and executes hardware/software upgrades on existing systems.
Conducts surveys and prepares cost estimates for small projects, assisting in bids and proposals.
