In this role, you will lead content production initiatives for a global hospitality leader, collaborating with creative teams and production agencies to create engaging visual narratives across properties worldwide. Requirements

  • Expertise in all aspects of video and photo content capture production and post-production
  • Knowledge of post-production workflows, file delivery, and asset management systems

Responsibilities

  • Support senior leadership on high-complexity shoots with internal creative teams and agency partners
  • Lead and manage small and mid-size shoots independently, handling all phases of production from planning through post-production and asset delivery
  • Own the complete production process from pre-production through post-production
  • Act as onsite lead for property and production agencies, navigating multiple priorities with clear and effective communication
  • Maintain comprehensive understanding of project goals, scope, production plans, and guidelines as outlined by project workstream leaders
  • Identify global properties and manage communications for content capture, including significant internal stakeholder management
  • Apply production knowledge and expertise to manage agency and creator partners, ensuring all assets captured and delivered are within brand, production, legal guidelines, and project scope
  • Maintain all necessary documentation, including talent and property releases, expenses, content capture guidelines, and other project requirements
  • Create and evaluate bid specifications and RFPs, presenting confident recommendations regarding budgets, timelines, and best practices
  • Provide regular production progress reports to stakeholders, program managers, and leadership as needed
  • Document best practices for content capture and evolve content production and operations guidelines as needed
  • Assist in delivery and coordination of final files with the Content Orchestration team to ensure assets are properly archived and tagged in digital asset management systems
  • Manage final drive delivery and organization
  • Create and own budgets, tracking expenses throughout the production lifecycle
