About The Position

We're expanding our remote team and looking for dependable, service-minded individuals who enjoy helping clients organize important plans and manage detailed arrangements. As a Remote Client Support Coordinator, you will act as a primary contact for clients, assist with reservations and scheduling, and ensure all components are confirmed accurately. This role emphasizes communication, organization, and follow-through. No prior industry experience is required. Training and onboarding support are provided.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
  • Ability to manage multiple client requests
  • Reliable computer and high-speed internet
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

  • Communicating with clients to understand their preferences and timelines
  • Researching and coordinating lodging, transportation, and activity options
  • Securing reservations and preparing confirmations
  • Managing updates, adjustments, and client requests
  • Maintaining accurate digital records
