Responsibilities

Guide new clients through the onboarding and enrollment process
Provide personalized support and address client needs with professionalism
Develop and evaluate tailored solutions aligned with client goals
Respond to client inquiries in a timely and effective manner
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company and state regulations
Manage appointments and daily schedules to maintain productivity
Support outreach and relationship-building efforts to grow long-term client engagement
