Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using technology
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to obtain and maintain a Life Insurance License
Competitive, solution-oriented problem solver
Comfortable working independently while collaborating within a remote team
Coachable and open to continuous improvement
Must be physically located in the United States
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Engage with members daily using our established warm-lead database
Assess individual needs and recommend appropriate life insurance and supplemental benefits
Provide exceptional service throughout the enrollment and onboarding process
Guide members through applications, answering questions clearly and professionally
Support existing policyholders with reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims assistance
Maintain compliance with all ethical, legal, and regulatory standards
