Requirements

10+ years of experience in management, consulting, or operations required.
Experience in navigating a matrixed organization is essential.
Equivalent experience based on relevant knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the president to strategize and enhance operational efficiency.
Lead financial planning and presentation efforts with finance and actuarial teams.
Develop key performance metrics to assess product performance.
Conduct annual planning sessions with key stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal and external partners for seamless service delivery.
Analyze data trends to provide updates to leadership on performance.
Oversee the development of immediate and long-term strategic plans.
Engage actively with Senior Leadership Teams to achieve long-term objectives.
Perform other duties as assigned.
