Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (preferred)
- 7+ years of operations management experience
- 5+ years of senior leadership and people management experience
- Experience in nonprofit management, affordable housing, or community development
- Strong strategic, operational, and financial acumen
- Proven ability to align mission, strategy, and execution
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key strategic advisor to the CEO and Board
- Co-lead strategic planning and execution across the organization
- Oversee daily operations, systems, policies, and compliance
- Partner with Finance on budgeting, contracts, grants, and risk management
- Lead performance measurement, impact evaluation, and continuous improvement
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing organizational culture
- Build strong relationships with funders, partners, and community stakeholders
