The role of the Executive Partner is to function as a trusted advisor to leading marketing executives within their organizations. This position is vital in harnessing collective expertise and resources to propel members towards their enterprise goals through strategic planning and execution. By leveraging industry insights and fostering meaningful relationships, the Executive Partner ensures that member clients not only meet but exceed their marketing ambitions. This role is essential for driving sustained growth and establishing impactful marketing strategies in a competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in a senior marketing role such as SVP, EVP, or CMO.
  • Deep understanding of marketing functions, performance improvement, and related metrics.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience working closely with C-level executives.
  • Proven ability to lead in ambiguous situations and manage complex client needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities, including presentation skills.
  • Sales savvy with experience in business development within a marketing context.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with up to 22 senior executive clients and contribute to account planning.
  • Engage actively during all phases of the member lifecycle including on-boarding and relationship management.
  • Lead marketing breakout sessions and forums for senior marketing executives.
  • Support sales and marketing efforts in the client retention and growth initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops, roundtables, and webinars for client engagement.
  • Develop customized value plans by assessing member needs and aligning with overall strategies.
  • Deliver research insights and actionable recommendations to clients.
  • Oversee operational tasks such as maintaining client activity within CRM systems.
