Requirements

Proven experience as a senior executive in sales, with a focus on strategic guidance and operational excellence.
Minimum 10 years in leadership roles such as SVP, EVP, or equivalent, with substantial revenue responsibility.
In-depth understanding of sales functions and the strategic role of senior sales leaders.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with C-level executives.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex organizational dynamics.
Superior verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

Manage 20 to 30 relationships with senior executive members, actively participating in account planning with senior leadership.
Engage with clients throughout the member lifecycle: from pre-sale to renewal.
Conduct annual workshops and lead breakout sessions during client forums.
Develop and execute customized engagement plans to meet client goals.
Support sales through prospect cultivation and account development initiatives.
Facilitate virtual member activities, including workshops, roundtables, and webinars.
Gather and provide feedback from clients to inform research initiatives.
