Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Merchandising or Games Marketing across platforms like Mobile, TV, Web, or Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behaviors related to entertainment and Games.
  • Experience in designing A/B tests to support learning agendas and measure activation performance.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of working independently in dynamic situations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively, engaging with various partners inside and outside merchandising.
  • Skilled in building relationships and influencing outcomes with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in communicating data insights clearly and effectively.
  • Expertise in applying both qualitative and quantitative insights to define success.
  • Curiosity to explore new domains and stay updated on industry innovations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.

Responsibilities

  • Set the merchandising strategy for organizing and presenting Games through promotional tactics and messaging.
  • Build and launch promotional programs to highlight Games, learning iteratively through experimentation.
  • Serve as a key contact for the Games Studio, assessing promotional ideas from a consumer viewpoint.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure all necessary context for successful campaign launches.
  • Develop strategies to improve game adoption in partnership with Product Management and Games Studio.
  • Scope merchandising requirements for prioritization on the product roadmap.
  • Facilitate navigation of Games promotion needs within the broader merchandising ecosystem.
  • Conduct research on game discovery needs, analyzing data and industry trends for innovation.
