About The Position

IMMEDIATE REMOTE CALL CENTER REPRESENATIVE OPENING: $17/HR OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FOR ONE OF THE LARGEST WARRANTY SERVICES COMPANIES IN THE AREA FULL TIME OPPORTUNITY, LONG TERM POSITION EQUIPMENT PROVIDED MONDAY - FRIDAY 9AM-6PM EASTERN TIME $17/HR Qualifications: 2 years of call center experience Excellent communication skills Microsoft Excel skills Responsibilities: Emphasis is on general customer service for warranty plans, claims, credits, sales, and product registration. Formulate business decisions based on information provided during the call. Accurately document information within multiple database systems. Adhere to KPI(s), as defined by the leadership team, to ensure you are meeting departmental expectations and quality assurance. Act as a back-up to Outbound Contact Center Team, focusing on closing extended warranty sales and with the assistance of progressive calling. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Requirements

  • 2 years of call center experience
