Your role in our mission Call Center Experience – Minimum 1 year Must have current access to High Speed Internet (minimum speed higher than 25MBS download and 8MBS upload) Must be available to work an 8 hour shift between 7Am and 7PM Monday thru Friday Starting Shift will be 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM for an indefinite period of time. Must have a private work area, free from distractions for duration of workday If there are distractions during the interview, there will be distractions when working – we will pass on the candidate Experience in Health Care industry with an understanding of HIPAA Privacy Rules  Knowledge of CPT and ICD10 terminology What we're looking for Call Center Experience – Minimum 1 year Effective communication skills with professional tone and poise Proficient Keyboarding skills with the ability to multi-task and remain focused Basic computer skills / knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to work alone and with a team What you should expect in this roleThis is a remote position with the opportunity to travel (0-10%) Must live in West Virginia In order to effectively work as a teleworker with Gainwell, employees Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload.  Greater speeds will of course provide better performance. This assessment helps us evaluate key competencies relevant to the role, including communication skills, multitasking abilities, and problem-solving capabilities.
