The environment will involve back-to-back calls for most of the day, along with elevated wait times. Because of this, customers may occasionally come in frustrated or impatient. We need candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced queue, can remain calm under pressure, and maintain a professional tone without matching customer frustration. This support would be for an income verification program, so we are looking for candidates with strong customer service skills who are comfortable handling high-volume phone work and can ramp up quickly.
