This role is vital for optimizing and automating the pricing processes within the Medicare Advantage domain. The architect will leverage their extensive technical background to enhance the pricing model used in the essential business operations. Collaborating closely with actuaries, IT professionals, and business partners, the architect will streamline workflows and address technical challenges effectively. This position will have a significant impact on our partnerâs ability to make data-driven decisions and improve overall efficiency in pricing strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of programming experience with SQL, Python, Power Platform, and VBA.
Experience with relational database design and management.
Proven experience in optimizing/automating code and developing new processes.

Responsibilities

Convert processes requiring manual steps to a more effective tech stack.
Optimize Pricing Model SQL code to resolve performance issues.
Triage data/code/user error issues and resolve them efficiently.
Design, demo, develop, and test new efficient processes for high-impact projects.
Communicate technical concepts to a diverse range of audiences including customers and business partners.
Collaborate with business teams and IT for technical solutions.
Coordinate with other developers to ensure dependencies and testing are well managed.
