Requirements

Strong experience in distribution management and cross-functional leadership.
Proven ability to enhance distributor performance through service-level execution.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
10+ years of experience in distribution or logistics, preferably in polymer or manufacturing industries.

Responsibilities

Lead initiatives to introduce new products into distribution channels, including partner training and feedback gathering.
Track adoption and performance of new products; report monthly to the Business Unit Director.
Identify gaps and opportunities in the current portfolio; collaborate with Product Development and Marketing.
Monitor competitor activity and provide quarterly competitive landscape reports with recommendations.
Ensure distribution partners receive best-in-class service and support.
