We are seeking an experienced Remote Appointment Setter to schedule phone and virtual appointments for our estate planning team. This 1099/contract, remote position offers solid earning potential and flexibility for individuals with a proven track record in outbound appointment setting. The role involves helping families protect their estates from home by connecting them with sales professionals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of outbound appointment‑setting or inside sales experience
  • Clear, professional phone presence and strong communication skills
  • Comfortable working with goals, metrics, and call volume expectations
  • Ability to follow a script while sounding natural and conversational
  • Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet, distraction‑free home office
  • Strong self‑management, accountability, and consistency in a remote setting

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to warm, pre‑qualified leads interested in estate planning
  • Use proven scripts to set qualified appointments for our sales professionals
  • Build rapport quickly and create a positive first impression
  • Ask good qualifying questions and confirm key details before scheduling
  • Handle basic objections and keep conversations professional and on track
  • Document call outcomes accurately in our system and follow up when needed
