About The Position

In this role, you will lead the go-to-market strategy and drive revenue growth for AI products. You will build and manage a high-performing team of AI Sales Specialists focused on operationalizing agentic AI for our enterprise customers. This position is crucial for defining the playbook that transforms AI innovation into measurable business outcomes, while driving adoption and monetization across our partner's enterprise customer base.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, pre-sales leadership, or AI solution management.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth in SaaS or AI product environments.
  • Deep understanding of generative AI, large language models, and agentic AI in enterprise workflows.
  • Ability to translate product capabilities into scalable go-to-market strategies.
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to promote adoption and growth.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills for engaging C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience leading AI or advanced technology sales teams in enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with enterprise workflow platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Jira.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue strategy and execution for AI products, managing pipeline creation, conversion, and expansion across segments.
  • Build, coach, and develop a team of AI Sales Specialists to deliver outcome-based AI solutions.
  • Develop go-to-market plans, sales enablement, and engagement models that scale AI monetization globally.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align priorities and customer feedback.
  • Lead executive-level customer engagements and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies.
