Position Overview: This role is responsible for managing kitchen remodeling sales from initial contact through signed contract. While we provide warm leads and access to marketing events, you will also be expected to actively generate your own leads daily through prospecting, referrals, networking, and outreach. Kitchen Tune-Up is a kitchen design and remodeling franchise system of committed professionals. Our remodeling experts update, uplift and upgrade kitchens utilizing our 5 Trustpoints to create an experience second to none. Our 5 Core Services include our exclusive 1 Day Wood Restoration Tune-Up, Cabinet Re-Facing, Redooring, Cabinet Painting, and Custom Cabinets. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven marketing, customer service, and sales experience (home improvement or in-home sales preferred)
  • Documented ability to consistently hit revenue targets and maintain strong close rates
  • Comfortable working independently, managing time, and generating leads
  • Proficient in CRM usage, follow-up communication, and detailed note-taking
  • Professional appearance and communication skills
  • Willing to work evenings or weekends as needed to close sales

Responsibilities

  • Managing kitchen remodeling sales from initial contact through signed contract
  • Actively generate your own leads daily through prospecting, referrals, networking, and outreach
  • Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets and closing percentage benchmarks
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow up with all leads promptly
  • Attend networking events, home shows, and community outreach efforts
  • Follow a structured sales process and company guidelines
  • Generate consistent self-sourced leads in addition to handling company-provided opportunities
